Laurence H. Tribe: Why We Cannot Rewrite the Constitution
Laurence H. Tribe supports the constant evolution of the Constitution, but argues it could never be completely rewritten.
"We had a really lucky moment" when the original Constitution was drafted, he says, and some basic laws, like the Bill of Rights, might not be ratified today.
